"You've come a long way, baby" is all we can say about Lawrence Novitch. He started the year as "one speed Larry" but got on a disciplined Velo-Fit training regime and has become a force to reckon with. He scored his second podium with a fine second place finish in the 40+ 4/5's. Lawrence Novitch Podiums at CBR Final!
