Betsy Kogan gets Cat 3 Upgrade!!!

Congratulations Betsy Kogan who is now officially a Cat 3!!!!!! Betsy just won the Elite State RR Championships this weekend in Bakersfield for the Cat 4s. She is having a great season, her second racing with the women's team. Way to go Betsy!!!!
