A week after camp ends I leave again, this time to Montreal Quebec, to the Defi-Sportif. Beyond a paracycling event, Defi hosts competitors from many of the sports found in the summer and winter paralympics. Check it out herehttp://www.defisportif.com/en/. This will be my first international race as well as my first wearing the team USA kit. I am just a bit nervous be excited as i keep pushing toward the top step of the podium.
